What to Expect
- A warm welcome each time you come to class
- Each class is 90 minutes
- A certified instructor to guide you through class
- Heated room to quickly improve your flexibility
- To be challenged and encouraged every step of the way
How to Prepare for Class
- Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class.
- Bring water, a yoga mat and a large towel (We also sell/rent these at the studio.)
- Wear as little as you feel comfortable in; you will sweat a lot
- Come to class on an empty stomach
- Drink a liter of water two hours before class
- We have lockers; bring your own lock if you want to use one
- Take your second class within 24 hours of your first
- Bottom line: have fun
