What to Expect

  • Each class is 90 minutes
     
  • A certified instructor to guide you through class
     
  • Heated room to quickly improve your flexibility

How to Prepare for Class

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class.
     
  • Bring water, a yoga mat and a large towel (We also sell/rent these at the studio.)
     
  • Wear as little as you feel comfortable in; you will sweat a lot
     
  • Come to class on an empty stomach
     
  • Drink a liter of water two hours before class
     
  • We have lockers; bring your own lock if you want to use one
     
  • Take your second class within 24 hours of your first
     
  • Bottom line: have fun
