Bikram Yoga is practiced in a hot room. This allows your body to move easily - and to help you get maximum benefit each and every time you practice. You will find that your body will begin to change quickly. Each class you will build new strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress.
Build strength not bulk with our new 30 minute High Intensity/ Low Impact strength training sequence. We use resistance bands and your own body to build strength and complement your yoga practice. Each session is practiced in a warm- not hot room to help prevent injury and relieve soreness often associated with strength training programs.

Bikram Yoga is perfect for the beginning student. If you have never done yoga before, you will be led and encouraged every step of the way. Your current level of fitness doesn’t matter; you just do what you can do.
