Through the structured sequence of one long set of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, release stress, and build stamina in each posture.

If you need to run after class you can but if you want to take your practice to the next level stay for another 20 minutes getting “yoga homework” to add to your practice for the next week. Small step makes big results.

Bikram HW Vibe is a targeted mini-workshop designed to take your yoga practice to the next level. Each week, we focus on a select group of postures, breaking them down to build strength, flexibility, and foundational skills in a warm studio environment.
